Granola keeps private meetings separate from shared team notes

   but like how do you think about like for the team like like you know like like i guess it's just kind of like privacy issues but like like how do i know like how like if you and i were on team and we have a bunch of meetings together or like you have meetings with other people like how do i know how sam operates or maybe like i'm your report and you want to know how i show up in meetings is there like opportunity there or something yeah yeah there's um we obviously like i think one of the one of the like surprisingly hard things about granola is like preserving your privacy at every at every moment so like um yeah in the appropriate way so like granola definitely can't like go and look into the meetings of my reports and tell me what's going on in them you know like how they should be um yeah but i mean i mean not all the private ones at least but like

   um uh you definitely can ask stuff like that of like um the more you know anything that's been shared like we have this um yeah we have like we have like our team space and there are i won't open it but there's like tons and tons of folders in here um of people pouring team notes into here um you can see stand ups you can uh this is like oh i see okay so so there's like a team so there's like a design notes channel and then people proactively share stuff in here and then and you can look stuff up is that kind of yeah yeah so i just wanted to use very much i guess it's like design, create podcasting design team.

   um like the sales folder has many many calls a day uh okay yeah i can put this up yeah yeah and uh yeah this i mean this this i use a lot like uh usually you actually don't really need but it's folder because the chat can just access all of it but um yeah i go to like because the sales is actually a customer conversation right so you can look for like insights and trends and stuff yeah exactly yeah i can be like what that's things uh um yeah this is gonna look across like yeah not just my meetings but across everything that the team you know the team's been having recently okay got it and and is there a way to or maybe this is coming like at some point like is there a way to set up other automations so that like know it does a search every monday or something uh we yeah we um i hope so soon like we've

   probably talked a lot of these things um yeah i think it would be easy for us to do averagely and like i think quite hard to do develop like our summary so far like um just in yeah being really good out of the box making the quality of the outfit very good um so yeah i would i definitely think we'll get there we'll get there at some point someday yeah we have um okay uh Because of the API and the MCP, we have a bunch of users right now using those to create a weekly report of things like this.

   Yeah, I do it for myself. I use Granola MCP and then it gets the information from Granola, but also from my other sources. And it sends me an email summary of what's going on. Nice. Super helpful. Yeah.
